Penny Konitsioti. Attorney at Law
Penny is an Attorney at Law in Athens Court of First Instance, member of Athens Bar Association, born in Thessaloniki. Obtained her Law Degree from the National and Capodistrian University of Athens (LL.B in Hellenic Law) as well as a master's degree "Executive (MSc) in European Studies" for business executives and agencies from the Department of International and European Economic Studies of Athens University of Economics and Business. She has participated in numerous seminars and conferences and congresses specialized in sports law in Greece and abroad. She provides services as an Attorney al Law since 2003 to companies, football clubs, football players and sports agents, with an emphasis in sports law, corporate law and civil affairs. Additionally, for two years (2008-2010) she has been a Research Fellow at the Hellenic Centre for European Studies (EKEM) of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as a member of the research team of the South East Europe Programme. She speaks Greek, English, French, Spanish and Italian and has published many articles in sports and legal Media in Greece and abroad.

Mr. Charilaos Alexopoulos was appointed by the Government of Japan as Honorary Consul General in Thessaloniki in March 2014. He has a Master in Mechanical Engineering from AUTH and an MBA from the Business School of City University of London. Currently he is a Shareholder and Member of the Board of Directors of the construction company DOMOTECHNIKI SA. He is member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Industries of Greece and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki (former 2 nd Vice- President in both Organizations), and Member of the Board of the Thessaloniki’s Tourism Promotion and Marketing Organization. Finally, he is the elected Chairman of the Greek National Committee and Member of the Board of the Business Council of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC).

Alkis Papantoniou. Attorney at Law - Legal Consultant of Panathinaikos FC
Alkis is a Greek lawyer, registered with the Athens Bar Association, specialized in Sports' Law, with great experience in "Football Law" cases. He obtained his Law Degree from the National and Democritus University of Thrace – studied also in Spain, Granada Law School - as well as a master's degree from the National and Capodistrian University of Athens, Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, specialization on Sports' Law. He is a legal consultant of Panathinaikos FC, since 2007 and he also provides legal services to sports clubs, players, coaches and agents. Konstantinos Konstantinidis Sport Management Expert /PhD Candidate in Sports Law
Konstantinos is a Sports scientist graduated from the School of Physical Education and Sports Science of the University of Athens. He holds a master's degree (MSc) in Sports Management from Loughborough University (UK) and a Diploma in Negotiations from Athens University of Economics and Business. He is a PhD candidate at the University of Athens in the field of Sports Law. He currently works in sport and tourism industry as a co-founder of WayOut Adventures. He is affiliated with several scientific institutions. He is a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) and member of Hellenic Scientific Association for Sports Management & Recreation (HSASMR). He is also a member of the International Association of Sports Law (IASL) and British Association for Sport and Law (BASL). Dimitrios Kouzelis - Attorney at Law

As Expert, he assists the European Union Institutions in the evaluation of grant applications, projects and tenders, and to provide opinions and advice in specific cases, in particular in:
- Evaluation of proposals, prize applications and tenders

- Preparation, implementation and evaluation of EU programs and design of policies.
Since April 2017 he is a member of the Intellectual Property Commission of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), where he participates actively in the formulation of proposals to governments, the WIPO, the EPO, the EUIPO etc.
As the first chairman of the 20 members Quality Committee of the European Qualifying Examination for patent attorneys he streamlined the procedure for drafting the papers, organised quality control, advised the Examination Board on all quality related issues.
As Director at the EPO, he leads international teams composed of highly skilled professionals (patent examiners) in the field of Intellectual Property (IP).
Up to his departure from the EPO, he was liaison Director for Philips, the biggest applicant at the EPO.

Katerina Gonta. Attorney at Law - Marketing Coordinator Cyprus Football Association-Board Member of the Olympic Stadium of Athens.
Katerina is an Attorney at Law in Athens, member of Athens Bar Association, specialized in Criminal and Sports Law. She graduated from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Law, as well as a master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Peloponnese.
She has participated in numerous seminars, conferences and congresses of sports law in Greece and abroad. She is currently the Marketing Coordinator in Cyprus Football Association, a Board member of the Olympic Stadium of Athens and also a legal consultant of Sports Club “Amineus Pallineus”. Since 2009 is a Football Assistant Referee in Hellenic Football Federation, participated in international tournaments of football sports.
In 2008, she was elected first in votes in the local Youth Council of the Municipality of Cholargos Attica, where she is still active. Furthermore, she realized a circle of hypocritical, theatrical seminars, as well as management and support of speech, at the Acting-Improvisation-Movement faculty "Theater of Changes" and she participated in several theatrical performances in television and Internet productions having a leading role as well as in numerous commercials.

Yiannis Antoniadis -Attorney at Law - President of the Hellenic Copyright Organization - Ministry of Culture and Sports
Yannis Antoniadis was born in Athens in 1966. Graduate of the Law Faculty of Aristotle University Of Thessaloniki, is a lawyer in the Supreme Court and holds LLM in administrative law. At the same time holds postgraduate in creative writing from the University of Western Macedonia and has published literary books. He has worked as a lawyer in the banking and financial sector, as well as certified auditors’ company. Since May of 2018 is President of OPI (Hellenic Copyright Organization) and Chairman of EDPPI (Commission of Online Copyright Infringement).
Dr. Maria-Daphne Papadopoulou, LL.M. mult
Daphne, after becoming a member in the Bar Association in Greece, worked as a fellow researcher in the Law Center of University of Houston, USA. After that she was employed by international law firms in Germany (TaylorWessing, PricewaterhouseCoopersVeltins and Simmons & Simmons) dealing with IP issues and new technologies, writing at the same time her Doctoral Thesis on Copyright. Returning to Greece in 2005, Daphne has been working as a counsellor at law at the Hellenic Copyright Organization (HCO), while at the same time worked as a freelance attorney consulting on copyright and general IP issues. Since May 2017 Daphne is the Head of the legal department of the HCO. Currently, she is also the acting Director of the HCO. Daphne is a member of legislative committees on copyright issues (inter alia regarding the transposition of Copyright Directives 2001/84, 2004/48, 2011/77, 2012/28, 2014/26 into national law), a member in many other -IP related- committees and a national expert in groups for copyright and IP. She is an author of numerous contributions in books and articles (in Greek, English and German), has presented many papers in national and international conferences and gives lectures on copyright and IP issues.
Maria G. Sinanidou, Int. IP LL.M., Attorney at Law, Certified Mediation Advocate, Counselor at Law at the Hellenic Copyright Organization.
Maria G. Sinanidou is a Lawyer, Int. IP LL.M., Certified Mediation Advocate and a Counselor at Law at the Hellenic Copyright Organization. As a lawyer, she has also worked in Germany, where she holds from a Law Degree as well as a Postgraduate Title. She has been representing Greece in EU Committees and Institutions, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and other international fora on copyright law. During the Greek Presidency of the European Council (1st semester of 2014), she was appointed Vice-Chairman in the Copyright Working Party of the European Council as well as Communication Officer for Greece on copyright issues. She was also appointed Vice-President of the National Dialogue Committee on Copyright and Related Rights of the Ministry of Culture and Sports (2014) and has participated as a member of Legislative Committees as well as Working Groups. As a Copyright Expert, she participates in Twinning programs of the European Union. She participates in conferences about IP Law, is the author of several articles and has participated in collective works both in Greece and abroad.

Dr. Krystallenia Kolotourou, LL.M, Jurist at the Legal Department of the Hellenic Copyright Organization
Krystallenia has graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and then obtained the Master Degree in Intellectual Property from the University of Nantes, France. She completed her PhD thesis entitled “The related right of phonogram producers” in the Faculty of Law in Athens with suma cum laude. She has worked in law firms as an attorney at law. Today she is working as a Jurist in the Legal Department of the Hellenic Copyright Organization and she participates in conferences about IP Law and she is the author of several articles. As an IP Expert, Krystallenia has participated in Twinning Programs of the European Union.
Eva Moustaka, Jurist at the Legal Department of the Hellenic Copyright Organization
Eva is a Jurist, member of the Legal Department of the Hellenic Copyright Organization. She graduated summa cum laude from the Hellenic International University, holding a Master in Art, Law & Economy. She also holds an LLB (Ptychion) of the School of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has been further trained in copy-editing and translation tools applications in a variety of disciplines. Eva is specialized in copyright and cultural property law, dealing, inter alia, with and consulting on copyright protection and infringement issues, while also covering the full array of intellectual property law, as well as digital law, new technologies and data protection. Moreover, she has been representing Greece before the EU Institutions. She has worked as a trainee lawyer at the Legal Council of the State and her subsequent law practice mostly concerned Civil and Administrative Law. Eva is the contributor to the Kluwer IP Law Smart Charts as regards as Greek Copyright law and case law developments, while she is also the author of a number of contributions in books and scientific articles (in Greek, English and French).

Dr. Komninos Komnios is an Assistant Professor of Evidence Law, Digital Technology & Alternative Dispute Resolution at International Hellenic University, Thessaloniki, Greece.
He holds a Law Degree and a Postgraduate Degree in Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law and Labour Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He was granted a Ph.D. in Civil Law, Civil Procedure and IT Law from Saarland University, Germany. Following his doctoral studies, he conducted research on "Evidence in national and international commercial arbitration" as a Postdoctoral Fellow of the State Scholarship Foundation (IKY). He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Inter-University Postgraduate Program "MSc in Law and Informatics".

Dr. Kyriaki Oudatzi
Kyriaki Oudatzi won a college scholarship to study Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Awarded a European scholarship, she did an MSc. in the field of Conservation of Historic Towns & Buildings, graduating with honours from the Centre R. Lemaire, Katholieke Universiteit of Leuven, in Belgium. In 2010, she earned a PhD with distinction for her research in ‘’New Technologies and Augmented reality in Historical Monuments’’, from the University of Democritus in Thrace. She, also, holds an MA in the Management of Cultural Units from the Open University in Greece.
Since 2005, she is the Director of the Thessaloniki Olympic Museum, which is one of the kind in Greece, acting simultaneously as project manager to various architectural developments and as head-coordinator to projects funded by the European Commission. From 2004, she conducts post-graduate courses in architectural design and technologies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2004-2017), the University of Thessaly and the University of Democritus in Thrace (2001-2006), and she is a visiting lecturer at the MAs in Olympic Studies offered by the University of Peloponnese and the Tsukuba University in Tokyo.
She is the Vice-president of the Hellenic Olympic Academy and also a founding member of IOC’s prestigious Olympic Museums Network (2006, Lausanne) as well as a member of ICOM, ISHA and Vice-president of Trans Balkan Company for Women & Peace in the Balkan Countries. Finally, she is the representative of Greece at the International Olympic Academy Participants.
From 1995 up until today, she runs her own architectural firm. An accomplished architect, she has worked on various public and private commissions and was awarded distinctions (1st-3rd Prizes) in national and European competitions. She has worked as a consultant at the Municipality of Kozani, the University of Macedonia, the Thessaloniki Port Authority, the Sports Museum and the Centre of Culture and Special Athletics. Her work has been honorarily presented in national architecture shows like the Exhibition of Distinctive Architecture IV/V, the 6th Biennale of Young Greek Architects and in the Greek Institute of Architecture. She participates as keynote speaker in various national and international conferences and fora.
Dr. Robert Dingli LL.D., LL.M. (Nott.)
Robert graduated with a Doctor of Laws in 2016 from the University of Malta after successfully submitting a dissertation titled “Is the Maltese prison system ECHR compliant?” During his time at University, Robert positively engaged in student activism by being the class representative for five years. Robert was also one of Student Representatives forming part of the Faculty of Laws Board in his last three years at University.
In 2018, Robert graduated with a distinction in his LL.M in Sports Law from Nottingham Trent University. Robert’s dissertation concerned “A legal analysis of the sporting autonomy principle” which was closely linked to the Maltese sporting sector.
Robert joined Swieqi United F.C in its second year of existence (2010) and has been part of the committee for the past eight years, currently occupying the role of Vice President (Club Affairs). In 2018, Robert was appointed as Swieqi United’s F.C. Malta Football Association (MFA) Council Member and is also part of the MFA Control and Disciplinary Board for the Season 2018/2019.
Robert set up the Malta Association of Sports Lawyers in 2018, which serves as being a coherent platform for all legal matters relating to sports. He currently holds the position of President within such Association.
Robert has a keen interest for sports law matters, specifically matters concerning corruption and regulatory matters in sports. Robert regularly writes opinion pieces in The Times of Malta and Sunday Times of Malta concerning local and foreign sport legal issues.
Robert is an associate at Dingli & Dingli Law Firm and in his free time enjoys travelling, watching football and running.
